By signing this document you hereby represent that your team is in good health and physically capable of participating in any and all activities sponsored and associated with the Puck N Ball Barrie tournament. You agree to hold Puck N Ball Barrie, it’s staff, officers, volunteers, and associates harmless from any personal injury or threat as a result of your team’s participation in the above registered tournament. This release of liability is based upon the recognition that sport activity of any kind or nature clearly involves the risk of injury or inherent hazards to the participants and spectators. You acknowledge that your team and you assume such risks when you participate in this tournament. You assume all liability for any malicious act perpetrated by you, a team member or team fan, which causes property damage or impairment to any facilities owned or managed by the City of Barrie or Puck N Ball Barrie. Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in any sports field or arena. All players must comply with government protocols related to COVID-19. All players must comply with real-time protocols as set out by tournament organizers related to the health and safety of all participants, organizers and spectators. All players must be 18 years of age or older.  All registration fees are non-refundable.  Tournament is fully insured.  Referee & umpire’s call is final.  Rain or shine.  Play fair and have fun!
